Account deletion

Your backup,
your choice.

Tactile Loop works without an account. If you chose optional cloud backup, you can permanently delete that backup and account directly in the App.

Delete your optional cloud backup

  1. Open Tactile Loop and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Optional cloud backup.
  3. Sign in with the same Google account you used for backup, if prompted.
  4. Choose Delete cloud backup and account, then confirm Delete.

What is deleted

This permanently deletes the optional Tactile Loop cloud account and its synced progress: completed games, play counts, difficulty settings, and completion times.

Your local progress on the device and your Google account are not deleted. To remove local progress, use Reset local progress in Settings, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.

Need help?

If you cannot access the App or your optional cloud account, contact the developer and include “Tactile Loop account deletion” in your message.
