01
This Privacy Policy explains how the Android app Tactile Loop (the “App”) handles information. Tactile Loop is made by an independent neurodivergent developer in the Dallas, Texas area, working to build playful tools for people and to support the neurodivergent community.
The App does not require an account. If you choose optional cloud backup, you sign in with Google and Tactile Loop receives a Google account identifier and display name to connect your progress between your own devices. The App does not request contacts, phone numbers, or precise location.
02
To make play feel consistent and personalized, the App stores the following information locally on your device:
This local information is used to operate and personalize the App. The developer does not receive it. You can clear it by using Reset Local Progress in the App or by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling it.
If you choose optional cloud backup, completed games, play counts, difficulty, and completion times are stored with your optional cloud account so they can sync between your devices. You can delete that cloud backup and account in the App at any time. Read the account-deletion instructions.
03
The App uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform to display interstitial ads and manage privacy consent where required. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information such as:
Google states that this information may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. The exact ads and choices available to you can depend on your region, device settings, age signals, and the consent choices you make.
04
When a consent message is required in your region, the App asks for your choices before requesting ads. If Google indicates that privacy options must remain available, you can reopen them from Settings → Privacy choices in the App.
You may also limit or reset your device’s advertising ID through Android settings, manage personalized advertising in Google’s My Ad Center, reset local App progress, or uninstall the App.
06
The App does not ask users for their age or knowingly request names, contact details, or other personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child’s information has been handled inappropriately may contact the developer using the details below.
07
Reasonable measures are used to limit data handling, including keeping gameplay preferences on your device and using encrypted network connections provided by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information processed about you. You can delete optional cloud-backup data directly in the App; see Delete cloud backup for instructions. You may still contact the developer with questions.
08
This policy may be updated when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App when appropriate.
